The City of North Bay invites everyone for the 31st Families First New Year’s Eve event on Dec. 31 at Memorial Gardens and Thomson Park.

Come skate with the Battalion and enjoy button-making, face painting, magic shows, interactive reptile shows, a centennial photo booth, the centennial time capsule, and a colouring contest.

This free event starts at 5 p.m. and will conclude with an impressive fireworks display at 9 p.m.
