ALLAIN, Helen (nee Villeneuve)
Passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday June 20, 2025, at the age of 85 years.
Helen was the beloved wife of the late Yvon Allain, and loving mother to Maurice Allain, Gisele Desjardins (Andy), Denise Edmunds (Herb), and Denis Allain. She was the cherished grandmother to Melissa (Josh), Evan (Melissa), Andrea (Grant), Stephanie (Ryan), Brittany (Daniel), Eric, Cassandra (Kevin), and great-grandmother to Drea, Taylor, Owen, Avery, Autumn and Arielle. She was predeceased by her great grand-baby Andi. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Elizabeth Villeneuve.
Helen is predeceased by her siblings Charles Villeneuve (late Joyce), Telesphore Villeneuve (late Jeannette), Henry Villeneuve, Celeste Greger (late Ted), Andrew Villeneuve (Antoinette), Leo Villeneuve (Jeannine), William Villeneuve (Bertha), Enid Globush (late Dave), Marie Dimarco (late Joe), as well as her parents Orphina Villeneuve and Marie (nee Beaupré) Villeneuve. She will be greatly missed by her special friends Dawn and Eric.
As per Helen’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private celebration of life for family and friends will take place on august 16th from 2- 6pm at the ONR building on Oak Street East.
