Austin "Frodo" MacLean

It is with unbelievable sadness and broken hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Austin on October 19, 2025, at the age of 29 years.

Austin was the beloved spouse and best friend of Gabriella Collins and the proudest father to their unborn child. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother Carrie Tilley, his brother Cameron MacLean (Stephanie), his nephew Ayden, and countless friends and family.

Austin always loved large, lived life to the fullest, was the loudest voice in the room, and would give anyone the shirt off of his back. He was a diehard Toronto Maple Leafs fan and lived with an enthusiasm that was so contagious.

Time is precious and life is unfair. To love someone as deeply as we all loved Austin is such a privilege. Grief is the price we pay for love.
