City accepting student letters for Centennial Time Capsule
What advice would you give to fellow students in 25 years?
What do you think the world will be like? Or where do you see yourself in 25 years?
Those are a few topics the city is suggesting to local students, as they ask for letters for the Centennial Time Capsule.

It will be sealed for 25 years.
Letters can be emailed to fieldsandparks@northbay.ca or dropped off at the Arts, Culture, & Recreation Department on the second floor of City Hall by December 24th.
The time capsule was donated to the city by the North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce.
After being sealed 25 years ago, the chamber’s time capsule was re-opened in May.
Inside were student letters with some predictions for North Bay in 2025.
While some included robots doing homework or cooking, the city’s own Major League Baseball team and floating houses, others accurately predicted electric vehicles, hybrid learning, one hospital site, the rail lands being a community park and more.
