Drug Trafficking - Weapons Charges for man and woman

The North Bay Police Service (NBPS) Street Crime Unit (SCU), with the support of patrol members, arrested and charged two individuals for drug trafficking in North Bay. The investigation led to additional weapons charges and multiple probation breaches.
On November 13, 2025, at approximately 7:35 p.m., members of the NBPS SCU observed the accused and a co-accused conducting suspected drug transactions at a business location in the 600 block of Lakeshore Drive. Both individuals were arrested without incident and transported to NBPS headquarters.
The accused, Brian Fisher, 37-year-old, male, of West Nipissing, has been charged with the following offences:
- Three Counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Possession of a Prohibited Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
- Occupant of Motor Vehicle Knowing there was a Firearm
- Careless Storage of Firearm
- Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order
- Two Counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The co-accused, Lundey Galick, 29-year-old, female, of Mississauga, has been charged with the following offences:
- Three Counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Possession of a Prohibited Weapon
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
- Occupant of Motor Vehicle Knowing there was a Firearm
- Careless Storage of Firearm
- Three Counts of Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order
- Two Counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Subsequent searches led to the seizure of the following items:
- Revolver-style .177 caliber BB gun
- Jennings 22 caliber semi-automatic handgun
- Qty 94, 22-caliber long rifle rounds
- Bear spray
- $601.05 in Canadian currency
- Controlled substances with an estimated street value of $6,510, including:
- 75ml codeine
- 13.6 grams cocaine
- 50.5 grams crystal methamphetamine
- 2018 Nissan Murano

Through persistence and teamwork, we were able to investigate, apprehend these individuals, and bring them to justice.”
The accused and co-accused were arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing. They have since been remanded to appear in court on November 19, 2025.
