FITZ, Kelly

 It is with deep sadness, we announce the unexpected passing of Kelly Anne Fitz (née Villneff) in her home on July 14th, 2025.

She leaves behind her husband Kevin Fitz and three stepchildren Isaac, Adam and Sara Fitz. She will be missed dearly by her sisters Tracey Gervais (Ken) and Tammy Villneff (Keith), her brother Herb Villneff (Leette), and in-laws Barbara and Ross Fitz (predeceased), Diane Villneff, Christopher Fitz (Terri) and Sandy Pawson (Greg). Grieving her loss are her nieces and nephews Christopher Villneff Jenna Callaghan (Nicholas), Teidra Milton (Joseph), Matthew Buckley, Isabelle Villneff, Alex Villneff, Hayley Monaghan, Sarah Monaghan, Delilah Gervais, Kimmy Fitz Rebecca Fitz, Jessica Pawson and Bradley Pawson.

She had such love for her great-nieces and great-nephews Camrin Villneff, Chloe Preston-Villneff, Nora Callaghan, Denver Callaghan and Breanne Pawson. She was predeceased by her parents Herb and Diana Villneff.

 Born on June 25th, 1968, Kelly was a kind person who offered help to anyone in need and loved her family and friends with unmatched ferocity. An avid reader and animal lover, Kelly spent her time with a good book and snuggling her two dogs Memphis and Magnus. After a long career, she chose to be the full-time dedicated caregiver to her stepson Adam until her passing.

 We will forever cherish the time had with Kelly and the many memories shared. We hope that upon her passing, that she was welcomed into the arms of her parents Details regarding the celebration of life will be shared at a later date. Donations can be made in her honour to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice or the North Bay Humane Society.
