1942-2025
The family is saddened to announce the passing of our dear Barry on June 14th 2025 at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice surrounded by the love of his family in his 84th year.
We find piece knowing Barry has been reunited with his beloved spouse Lee (Scanlon). Also predeceased by his parents Richard and Dorothy Frampton, as well as several extended family members. Survived by his brother Dick (late Jackie), and nephew Denny (Grace). Also survived by sisters-in-law Sue Cantin (late Mike), Liz (late John) Maric, niece Megan and nephew Mike Maric (Sam) as well as his niece Lisa (Dave) Beach. He will also be missed by his closest friend Steve Harling.
When Barry wasn’t boating, he kept active playing hockey and baseball, his love of sports continued throughout his life by volunteering to referee countless high school football games in our community. He will be fondly remembered by all who had the opportunity to know him.
As per his wishes cremation has taken place, there will be no visitation or service.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jinnah and her palliative care team for their support during this difficult time.
