Ryan Vincent Lecour passed away in Elliot Lake on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at only 43 years young.

Ryan was the cherished husband of Monika Lecour (née Hamdard) and the loving father of Roek, Emma, Robyn, Nora, Vincent and Hannah. He was predeceased by his son, Peter, in 2017. Ryan was the beloved son of Peter David Lecour and the late Darlene Adeline Lecour (née Glass), who passed away in 2019. He was the loving brother of Jaclyn McCausland (Jamieson McCausland) and a proud uncle to their son, Noah.

Ryan will be remembered for his deep faith, his strength of character and his unwavering devotion to his family. He was deeply respected and admired, and he will be profoundly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

Visitation will be held at South Shore Missionary Church, 1892 Highway 654 West, Callander, on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Simon Beadle will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Star Legacy Foundation, an organization dedicated to stillbirth education, research and family support, or to the GoFundMe established to support Monika and their six children.
