Make-A-Wish charity car wash and BBQ takes place Friday
It’s taking place at the children’s treatment centre on Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm.

All proceeds will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

“Research shows that wishes help children build resilience, reduce stress and anxiety, and can contribute to improved health outcomes,” states a release. “A wish provides hope, an essential part of healing, and creates positive experiences for children and their families during challenging times.”
Police are encouraging the community to stop by 400 McKeown to get their vehicle washed, enjoy a BBQ and support a meaningful cause.
