MARSH, SUZANNE

It is with profound sadness that the family of Suzanne (Renaud) Marsh announce her passing on June 22nd, 2025, in her 68th year while surrounded by her loving family at Nipissing Bay Serenity Hospice.
Sue was a devoted wife of 44 years to her beloved Ron, cherished mother to Darryl (Kelly) and Sherry (Greg) and an adoring grandmother to Aliya, Ashton, Destiny, Tyler, Gavin, Alexander, and Dominic.
Sue also leaves behind her sister Diane (Charlie), brothers Marcel, Yvon (Gilberte), Daniel (Jay), Richard (Carol), Michel (Liette), Roger (Sylvie), and her sisters and brothers-in-law Richard (Candace), Pam (Don), Colleen (Peter), Karl, Barbara (Rick) and a small army of nieces and nephews who loved her fiercely.
Born in Sturgeon Falls and raised in Meadowside, Sue spent her entire life on or near the water. She loved the outdoors.
To her husband Ron, she was a best friend, partner, co-adventurer, and the first-mate of his dreams.
To her children and grandchildren, she was the perfect example of unwavering love and devotion.
Sue was a nurturer - always generous and caring and finding a way to be a helper. She was always busy.
She raised her children and her grandchildren to love the outdoors - camping, cookouts, boating, fishing, and snowmobiling. No adventure was too big or too small. Summers and winters were spent on the lake.
She spent her entire career at the Ministry of Transportation, retiring in 2014 and trading winters on Nipissing for winters in the sun and surf of Florida's gulf coast in Fort Myers.
Cremation has taken place. The family will have a private celebration to honor Sue and return her to the land and water that she cherished in life.
Sue's family would like to thank the staff and medical team at North Bay Regional Health Care and Nipissing Serenity Hospice for their attentiveness and care in her final days.
In lieu of flowers, Ron and family ask that you make a donation to the North Bay Serenity Hospice. Their care and compassion for Sue and family were truly remarkable.
