Michael Mitchell

Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of his family at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice (North Bay) on Friday October 3, 2025, at the age of 53 years. Michael was the beloved son of Jean (nee Ali) Mitchell and beloved stepson of Julian Duchesne. Also the beloved son of Michael Mitchell Sr. 

He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Mariisa Mitchell and nieces Justine and Taya. As well, he is lovingly remembered by a large family who loved and cared for him dearly, and he had unconditional love for all.

Michael had a great love for music especially of the 70’s/80’s such as Boy George, Madonna, Wham and Abba. He had an equal love of dance and an even greater sense of humor. These are just some of the things he will always be remembered for.
