The restaurant was closed for a couple of weeks for a ‘full-scale’ renovation.

“The refreshed restaurant features an updated design and a more welcoming atmosphere inspired by the warmth of Little Italy, offering guests a renewed dining experience in the heart of the community,” states a release.

Part of the work involved a new gallery wall with residents submitting photos to be featured.

“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome the North Bay community back into our newly renovated space,” say franchise owners, and brothers, Dave and Kevin Dugas. “Our doors are open, and we invite guests to join us for a meal. We’ve always believed that great Italian-inspired food is best enjoyed with family and friends, and we look forward to continuing to share those moments with the community.”

A formal ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Monday, May 25.

The Lakeshore Drive restaurant has been operating in North Bay since 1990.
