PRIEUR, Raymond

 Peacefully passed away at his home on Friday July 4, 2025, at the age of 85 years.

Raymond was the beloved husband of Gloria (nee Kelso) Prieur, and the loving father to Lenore Holderness (Chris), Michael Prieur, Darlene Beitz (Daniel), Christine Prieur (Matt), and Godfather to Danielle Prieur, and Sheldon Prieur. He was the cherished grandfather to Tegan, Lindsey, Owsten, Bailey, Elora, and Justin.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Therese Tremblay (late Roger), and Rita Woito (late Norman). He is predeceased by his siblings Gabriel Alcock-Kelso (late Lorne) (late Ralph), Leonard Prieur (late Lucille), and Cecile Lajeueness (late Francis). 

The family would like to thank Dr Andre Behamdouni, Dr. Carlson, Dr Linford, Mathieu Chartrand NP, HSN Sudbury, Sturgeon Fall General Hospital and Staff, VON, Care Partners and friends and family for all their loving care.

As per Raymond's wishes, cremation has taken place, and a burial will be announced at a later date. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
