Radio marathon raising money for Rotary4Kids
The Kev’s Kids radio marathon in support of Redpath Rotary4Kids is on the air Thursday and Friday.
Country 90.5 CFCH morning show host Kevin Oschefski is broadcasting all day Thursday, raising money to support local children with special needs.
There’s a community pancake breakfast at One Kids Place from 7:30-9:30 am, with Oschefski then venturing around the area.

“We will be out in the community blitzing businesses, accepting donations and raising as much money as we can,” he says. “Also, during the course of that, telling the stories of some of the families who have benefited from these donations from our community and how people’s generosity has really changed lives.”
There are a few ways you can help out.
“If they go to Rotary4Kids.ca they can donate,” he says. “They can also drop by our radio station studio during the day and on Friday morning we’re at the YMCA for the big wrap-up breakfast and we’d love for as many people as possible to come down for that.”
Friday’s wrap up breakfast takes place from 7 am to 10 am at the YMCA.
Since 2003, Rotary4Kids has raised over $1.7 million to assist area children.
