It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Derek at his home of Wednesday July 20, 2026, at the age of 64 years.

Derek is survived by his mother Diane, sisters Rhonda (Bob), Charlene (John), son Shawn and a very special lady Michele. Derek is predeceased by his father Ronald.

As per Dereks wishes, cremation has taken place. There will not be a service.

If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
