Reward offered after bear carving stolen from Beaucage Park trail
Nipissing First Nation is asking for the public’s help locating a bear carving that was stolen from the new walking trail in Beaucage Park.
Officials say a $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery of the carving.
They also say security cameras are located throughout the park.
Anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the Beaucage Park area between Aug. 22 and 26 is asked to contact Zack Lafleur, Manager, Lands, Membership, and Economic Growth, at 705-753-2050 ext. 1264 or by email: zackl@nfn.ca
