SOLSKY, Lawrence (Lorne)

Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of his family at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Saturday June 14, 2025, at the age of 80 years. Lorne was the loving father to Dan Solsky (Jo-ann) and Jody Solsky (Leah).

He was the cherished grandfather to Amy, Melena, Eli, Zach (Tiffany), Adam, Jesse, and great grandfather to Ella, Dalton, Leo, Willow, and Eli. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Darlene Chatelain (late Yvon). Lorne is predeceased by his parents John Solsky and Rita (nee Boulgar) Solsky.

He will be missed by his many friends at Castle Arms apartments, especially by his dear friend Donna. As per Lorne’s wishes, cremation has taken place, there will not be a service.

If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Nipissing Serenity Hospice would be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
