The North Bay Granite Club’s Team Winters is heading to the Ontario Winter Games in Orillia in mid-February.

They went undefeated at their qualifying tournament in New Liskeard on the weekend, winning the final 9-0.

“I’m proud of the way the team played. They showed great patience, stayed composed, and worked together from start to finish,” says coach Steve Decary.

Officials say the victory confirms Team Winters as one of Ontario’s top young curling teams.
