City arena-related fees on the rise July 1
The schedule of user fees for the new Community and Recreation Centre is coming to council Tuesday night.
Most are lumped in with costs associated with Memorial Gardens, including ice rates and building rental fees.
As of Canada Day, the prime ice rate jumps $5.69 to $195.31.
The non-prime rate is going up $3.42 to $117.19.
Fees across the board, at all facilities, are on the rise.
They include everything from increases in public skating and shinny hockey fees, meeting, community and board room rental rates and more.
The full list is available online as part of Tuesday night’s council agenda.
