The North Bay OPP says a 17-year-old from Quebec is facing a stunt driving charge after a traffic stop near Balsam Creek on Highway 63.

Provincial Police say around 2:30 pm last Wednesday, a vehicle was caught travelling 133 km/h in a posted 80 zone while overtaking two school buses.

The OPP says road conditions were wet at the time, because of rain.
