NICHOLS, SANDRA
It is with deepest sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Sandra (Sandy) Nichols surrounded by her loved ones at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Sunday August 30th, 2026, at the age of 65.
Sandy’s kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love have left a lasting imprint on our lives. She was an amazing spouse, mother, sister and grandmother; she loved her family unconditionally.
Sandy is predeceased by her spouse Reginald Ethier and her parents Stan and Roberta “Jean” Nichols. Loving mother of Kevin Ethier and Jason Ethier, loving sister of David Nichols (Leslie) of Thunder Bay and loving grandmother of Nicholas, Cosette and Evelyn.
Respecting Sandy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a later date. If desired, donations to the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program, KidSport or any other foundation supporting kid’s sports would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Basic Cremation Services.
